Yes, we do if you are purchasing an item. We ship only with Fedex & insurance is a requirement.

Yes,90% of our bag stock has been purchased brand new, the balance has been carefully sourced by our bag buyer in California and have been gently carried and are in new condition.

Of course! Our Members can 'Loan' multiple items at any one time.

Absolutely! LoanMe or OwnMe ensures that every item we purchase is authentic and we pride ourselves on having an extensive knowledge about authenticity and identification of the bags we specialize in offering you.

We hope you care for our items as if you were loaning them from one of your best friends and that you'll return the item in much the same way you received it. We understand that there will be everyday wear and tear and there is no additional fee under these circumstances. However, if the item is abused, broken beyond everyday wear and tear or lost, your account will be charged a reasonable repair or replacement fee. Some items, however, are not easily replaceable and a fee, up to full retail replacement, may be charged.

At anytime you can Own most of our items (except those that are too popular), as a valued member of LoanMe or OwnMe, you can click on any one of our bags at any given time and find out whether or not it is for sale and for how much. The price advertised has been cleverly calculated according to value, age and how many times the item has been loaned. This ensures that the buyer receives a very fair market price as it is automatically recalculated following each loan. If you'd like to purchase the item you've loaned that is not available to Own yet, you can ‘wish-list’ the item and we will let you know when the item is available for purchase if it is not yet available.

*Please note, all "OwnMe" purchases are as is and final.

Our ‘loan’ periods are offered weekly, fortnightly and monthly, but if you ‘loan’ an item and love it so much you want to keep it longer you can visit your ‘closet’ and extend the ‘loan’ period provided you do so before the existing ‘loan’ period is up.
